2021 Fall Family Campout

Come have the time of your LIFE at this year's Family Game Nights Fall Campout October 22-24 in Highland Village! Whether you join us for a day, one night, or both nights, we promise you won't be SORRY! We don't want to give all the surprises away, but here are a few CLUES. In addition to all the fun of setting up your tent, staying at the lovely Pilot Knoll Campgrounds, having options for fun outdoor activities, Lisa and Johnny will be organizing games throughout the weekend for family points and even some prizes! We will have a worship service on Sunday morning that is always a big highlight.

Don't make us GUESS WHO is coming! Please register and let us know you will be joining in the fun. The cost is $40 a family. If you want to bring more than one tent, it will be an additional $40. This price includes the camping area entrance fee, game supplies, and activities created by Lisa and Johnny, but does not include if you choose to rent a kayak or canoe, etc.  

*MEALS:  There are two choices ... you may choose to bring your own food for all meals, or join the buy-in group meal plan prepared by Dino Lou and Matt Devine. Everyone will YOYO dinner on Friday Night (You're On Your Own).

Buy-In Group Meal Plan tentative menu:
Saturday AM: Breakfast tacos
Saturday Lunch: Hot dogs, sausage, possibly burgers
Saturday Evening: Fajitas (beef, chicken, veggie)
Sunday: Pancakes 

Cost for adding on the meal plan will be a total of $20 each for adults/youth and $15 each for kids, with a family cap of $75. Submit your payment to the church office or pay by credit card and indicate Campout.

All participants need to bring reusable plates, cups, and utensils. A full packing list will be sent later, but you can start planning now to bring your own tent, bedding, toiletries, lanterns, and camp chairs.
