The bike club is calling all bike riders

regardless of experience or speed

to join us on the Gerry Connolly Cross-County Trail in Fairfax on Saturday, October 18.  We plan to lead two groups of bikers who will travel the same trail, but at a different pace.

This is an ideal ride for families or leisure pedalers.

• We will meet at 11:00 am behind the Home Depot, 3201 Blenheim Blvd, Fairfax VA 

 We will meet up at the end for a late afternoon lunch at Arties (across the street from the Home Depot).  Both groups will bike about 45 minutes out and about 55 minutes back to the starting point (exact times tbd). The trail is mostly paved, with portions that are packed dirt, especially around Lake Accotink which the faster group will probably reach.
