Ministry Bible Passage

“so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”

Ephesians 3:17-19

Mission + Vision:

Bloom: Rooted Women encourages, disciples, and equips all women to be rooted in the Gospel to reflect God’s glory.

“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”

Titus 2:3-5

Why should I be part of Bloom?

As we grow and become rooted in the Gospel, we will be nourished and bear spiritual fruit; Blooming. We do this in community with our fellow sisters in Christ for the edification of every woman. Whether you are just starting your relationship with Jesus Christ or you are more seasoned in your walk with Him, you play an important and unique part and you are welcome!

When + Where:

Bloom will meet monthly from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM at the Lower Level of Reedy Creek Church following the Sunday worship service.

Each meeting will consist of a time of biblical small group discussion, fellowship, and prayer.

This ministry year we will be studying through a book titled, “Letters to the Thessalonians - Encouragement for Living in the End Times: An In-depth Bible Study of 1st and 2nd Thessalonians” by Elizabeth Bagwell Ficken.

Book Description:

This study guide contains 20 lessons, including the topics below:

  • The Pursuit of Holiness
  • The Pursuit of Purity
  • The Hope of Rapture
