The best event of the year for kids of all ages and stages!
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered! There are volunteer slots still
open for everything! Before trunks open there are activities & games: 8
separate crafts; 3 toss games; cookie decorating; crayons, markers & stickers
for activity sheets & goodie bag customization.
We have a strong Boo Crew with a need for more:
• Car trunks - have 11, can use more
• Face painters - have 1, need 1 or 2 more
• Door Greeters - have none, need 2
• Music DJ - have none, need 1
• Kitchen crew for food & drinks - have 3, need 2 more
• Game/activity hosts - have 5, need 5 more
• Parking Lot “point & park” organizer & greeter – have none, need 1
• Set up - have 3, need 5 more.
• Tear down - have 3, need 3 more
• Event floor plan manager needed to determine table & trash
placement to maximize flow & reduce chaos.

In case you were wondering, Town & Country police will hand out candy
unless called away. We are in conversation with St. Louis Kokondo Dojo for a
similar demonstration as last year.
Do you have decorations you can loan us or bring with you? You can never
have too many pumpkins, Halloween decorations or flameless candles.Join us for some spooky fun at our Annual trunk or treat event. Last year it was a real hit!
