About Event
Ted Swider is a self-taught craftsman, stone mason, designer, architect, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and general contractor. He loves pushing creative boundaries, paying homage to history, and sourcing local materials. Ted vows he can build anything and he will prove it with his account and photo journey of two of his most unusual projects: one converting a fire damaged, condemned wreck of a structure in the Gravois Park neighborhood into a modern home, and the other a Land Reutilization Authority property he bought for $1,000.00 and converted into a Southside jewel. 5/12/25 KF
