With its lofty vaults and radiant mosaics, the sheer scale of beauty is a thing of awe. More than a dozen architects' and artisans' concepts and works have coalesced in a magnificently well-integrated and harmonious whole. The main structure of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis was completed in 1914. Like the stained glass in the sanctuary at Parkway UCC, the Frei family designed and fabricated the stained glass windows on the balcony level at the Cathedral Basilica. It truly is a sight to see.
