Join us to view A Bold Peace, an award-winning documentary on Costa Rica and the country’s decision to abolish the military and devote its funding to invest in higher education and universal healthcare. In short, Costa Ricans created a society committed to peace, solidarity, and international law. They have survived with safety and relative prosperity for nearly 70 years without a standing army.
