The Vocational Track of the MiT Program helps develop disciples as leaders who lean fully into the idea of vocation as a calling from God to serve His Kingdom purposes in a particular sphere of culture. A job is more than work that results in a paycheck. It is the intentional engaging of work-life to fulfill the cultural mandate of creation (Gen. 1:28, 2:15) and the Great Commission of Christ (Matt. 28:18-20) under the sovereign plan of God that uniquely creates and specifically places individuals for His redemptive purposes. (Ps. 139:13-16, Jer. 1:5, Acts 17:26-28)
Vocational Track participants will be: a Christian, at least 24 years old, and engaged in the vocation of their chosen track for two years prior to beginning MiT.
