About Event
Join us for an important training session designed specifically for our Response Counselors and Prayer Team members! This is an excellent opportunity to equip yourself with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively support and minister to our community. Whether you are new to the team or looking to refresh your skills, this session will provide valuable insights and foster a spirit of collaboration among our members.
We encourage all Response Counselors and Prayer Team members to attend, as your participation is crucial in strengthening our ministry efforts.
During this training, we will cover:
- Difference between response and prayer teams
- Leadership Structure
- Learning how to share the gospel and outlining the next steps in decision counseling.
- Effective listening and counseling techniques
- Understanding and addressing various spiritual needs
- Recognizing when to seek assistance and
- Introduce Prayer Ministry beyond services
- Crisis Prayer Efforts
- Rapid Response Prayer Team
We will meet at Pioneer Campus in room F300, located on the third floor. Please park on the north side near center of building; a greeter will meet you at the entrance by the white pillars.

¿Tienes un corazón para la oración y el pastoreo de personas? Ven a un adiestramiento el sábado, 29 de marzo, 9:00 - 11:00 AM. ¡Este adiestramiento está abierto a cualquier persona que está actualmente en el equipo de Respuesta y Oración y cualquier persona que quiera unirse!
Esta importante sesión de formación te equipará de valiosas herramientas para que puedas responder adecuadamente. Esta capacitación también te permitirá conocer y establecer contactos con otras personas del equipo.
Nos reuniremos en Pioneer Campus, B200. Por favor, estaciona en el lado norte cerca del centro del edificio; alguien del equipo de bienvenida te recibirá en la entrada con los pilares blancos.
Durante esta formación, cubriremos:
- Diferencia entre equipos de respuesta y de oración
- Estructura directiva
- Aprender a compartir el Evangelio y esbozar los siguientes pasos en el asesoramiento para la toma de decisiones.
- Técnicas eficaces de escucha y asesoramiento
- Comprender y abordar las distintas necesidades espirituales
- Reconocer cuándo buscar ayuda y
- Introducir el Ministerio de Oración más allá de los servicios
- Esfuerzos de oración ante la crisis
- Equipo de oración de respuesta rápida
Se ofrecerá un refrigerio ligero.
