Homecoming is right around the corner, and we are looking forward to having a teen after party following the big game. The Nazarene Church is partnering with CERT for a fun event that starts right after the football game. The plan is to have a bonfire, free s'mores, and yard games. Cesar Perez is opening up the CERT building for people to warm up, hang out, and he will also open up the CERT store if you want to buy any additional snacks and drinks.
This event will be a fun safe place for our students to hang out, when they don't want to head home right after the game. It also takes forever to get out of the parking lot after the game, so come say hello and grab a s'mores!
If you are an adult or parent that wants to invest in our students, we are looking for volunteers to bring s'mores fixings for the teens.
