Safety Protocols
Kids will be checked-in using our programming safety tags and procedures. Name tags will be printed for kids to wear and adults will receive a security ticket to match. This will be needed at pick-up. If you have kids in different classrooms, you will receive one for each classroom to hand the leader of each room. Kids in our nursery/transitional preschool room will have an extra to be placed on their diaper bag. If you are needed at any time during the service, your code will appear at the bottom of the screens in the worship center. If this happens, please report to the Kids check-in area.
Please take note of our secured times above (20 min after services begin). At that point we will have secured the area and our leaders will begin structured programming. If for any reason you need to leave early, please let us know at check-in so we can plan accordingly. If an emergency arises during a session, you may go to any safety team member in the hub.
I encourage you to put my cell number in your contacts as well. I will be leading a classroom, but will have it on me to communicate. If you are running late you can text me so I know you are still coming. [Erika Duke (815) 303-8406]
