Cornerstone Church has partnered with Children's HopeChest since November 2019 in the community of Ceiba Blanca, in Southwest Guatemala. As our Middle School Students fast for 30 hours, they will also learn about poverty, serve locally and are raising money for our friends in Ceiba Blanca, Guatemala.
Inspired by Christ's love, Children's HopeChest releases the potential existing within vulnerable communities, starting with the children. Over 100 children in Ceiba Blanca have a friend from Cornerstone Church who prays,writes and financially supports the community development work in this area. The funds raised by the 30 Hour Fast will help construct a library for the community center in Ceiba Blanca.
