Please complete this form to request a wedding at Cornerstone or with a Cornerstone pastor. Once your request is received, the Wedding Administrator will contact you. Directions for payment of deposit and balance of fees will be given once a date and/or pastor have been secured.
Wedding Reservation Requests for non-attenders who are not using a Cornerstone pastor will not be allowed. Exceptions to this policy will be considered under extenuating circumstances with the approval of Cornerstone's Lead Pastor.
ALL on-site weddings include a $150 security deposit. Full return of the deposit will depend on the condition you leave the facility following the event.
