The WHY of this report?
This report helps me keep what is important the priority. Being a "Loving God" leader starts with having the desire and pursuit to be more like Christ in every way! The journey involves being transformed (changed from the inside out), which flows from being in a community of support, Worship, and the Word, and learning to hear and follow the Holy Spirit.
As a "Loving Others" leader, I am to Encounter new people, Engage relationally, help individuals find their ministry, Equip, and Disciple those in my ministry, and ultimately Empower them with responsibility and authority to fulfill God's call on their life.
This report also helps inform our elders and leaders, and collectively reveals how the Holy Spirit is loving, guiding, and providing for our church.
